brown tile rare/not rare

hello jammers,

just a notice brown tile is rare and not rare at the same time what  mean by that is that you cant get it in jam mart furniture any more the only way to get it is to buy at the new years eve party so its rare at jam mart furniture and not rare at new years eve party.
